Workshop - 4 May 2010
The team at GP NSW held a workshop to meet the following aims:
- To support division staff working on the Aged Care Access Initiative to gain a greater understanding of the range and type of service delivery models being implemented across NSW;
- To provide structured discussion time to support development of divisions Aged Care Program plans for 2010/11; and
- To provide opportunities for networking between participants.
