Changes to Division of General Practice Boundaries – November 2008
Following a consultation process, the Department of Health and Ageing has updated the boundaries to reflect 2006 Census Collection Districts. The Boundary maps, postcodes for Divisions, and Statistical Local Areas to Divisions have now been finalized and published on the Department’s website at a Division, State/Territory and Australia wide level at: http://www.health.gov.au/internet/main/publishing.nsf/Content/health-pcd-programs-divisions-boundarymaps.
